This individual will assist the Instructional Designers that are creating E Learning courses for their internal employees. This will include performing quality checks of current and newly created courses to ensure they are functioning appropriately and documenting any identified issues. Previous experience working with Cornerstone would be beneficial as the assistant will also be responsible for migrating current E Learnings into a new QMS tool. This will include reviewing and updating the documentation of where the eLearning library is located, in addition to confirming the functionality once the migration is complete.

    Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

    Job Description

    Reporting to the Director of Studio F Designs. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

    + Work closely with the Studios Lead Manager on event logistics, crew & equipment coordination, 3rd party companies, supplies, contractor on-call list, etc.

    + Track and coordinate approved quotes for the sales team.

    + To manage daily/hourly paid staff and casual crew.

    + To work to a budget set by the resort/client and ensure that all financial matters are managed by company policy and procedures and that departmental recharges are recorded accurately.

    + To work with other departments to determine requirements for events and to maximize income from these events.

    + To ensure budgetary targets are met through the proactive management of staffing levels on an event-by-event basis. Minimize costs, where possible, whilst maintaining high standards of production values, health and safety, and client satisfaction

    + Ensures prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers.

    + Maintains positive relationships with all guests, clients, colleagues, and global sales network via all forms of communication.

    + Coordinates distribution of pertinent information to all pertinent departments within the hotel.

    + Provides clerical duties as required (i.e. typing, filing, etc. to Studio Lead).

    + Other duties & administrative tasks may be added to the existing job description.

    Qualifications
