**Job Summary:**
The Tooling Electrician III is responsible for inventorying, inspecting, testing, and timely completion of generator toolkits required for site project requests. Updates project schedules as appropriate when toolkits are complete and have passed inspection.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
+ Perform visual, electrical, mechanical, electronic inspection of tools, report and flag any non-compliant items
+ Test all generator components on large electrical equipment
+ Troubleshoot and repair damaged electrical components and equipment as well as preventative maintenance
+ Read line drawings for repair and troubleshooting activities and electrical codes
+ Follow Standard Maintenance Protocols, tasks and adhere to site safety, quality, company, and government requirements
+ Repair and maintain test and industrial equipment and perform quality hand solder repair to the board or component level
+ Willingness to be on call for emergency equipment troubleshooting
+ Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each generator toolkit has the proper tools needed.
+ Coordinate, label, and package all generator tooling needed for each outage project.
+ Quality assurance check each kit before shipping to make sure there is a kit template and a calibration certificate enclosed if necessary.
+ Timely completion of kit assembly to meet tool center schedule requirements
+ Ensure that kits are delivered with no quality issues (missing parts or non-working parts).
+ Review inventory of tools returned from site to ensure all items are accounted for as outlined in inventory sheets
+ Clean, reorganize, and relabel all returned toolkits
+ Create and submit restock requests for replacement parts and tools.

**What You Will Do**
+ Removal, repair and installation of electrical components, electrical systems, analysis and diagnosis, advanced troubleshooting and systems/process optimization; may mentor or train other electrical workers

ABOUT THE ROLE
Be a part of a team that supports testing highly complex turbine engine products. The Electrical Services team is responsible for fabricating, maintaining, and testing electrical systems and components to support the development and certification across Honeywell’s product line of aircraft engines. This will enable you to support new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans within the organization's business strategies, with a direct impact on business results. As the Electronic Technician, you will collaborate with other experienced engineers and technicians to provide a test experience for our customers that applies best practices to achieve world-class results.
RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Use measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify electronic parts to ensure systems and components meet established specifications

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE
+ 12+ years of experience in Electronics or Electrical Technology
+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Experience troubleshooting and working in a test environment
+ An understanding of electronics and industry standard processes, particularly, IPC-A 610
+ Familiarity with lab equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
+ Experience in Soldering
+ Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills; consistently taking the initiative to get things done, doing things before being asked by others or forced to by events
+ Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team setting as well as with customers to define requirements and provide support

Electronic Manufacturing PCB Test Tech II
+ Supports mid level complexity testing , troubleshooting, and diagnostic analysis for failed PCB (printed circuit boards), assemblies or subassemblies. Usually will troubleshoot to board or component level and repair.
**Job Summary** The candidate will be responsible for conducting moderate complexity tests and diagnostics on failed printed circuit boards (PCBs) and their assemblies or subassemblies. This includes identifying issues down to the board or component level and performing repairs using various testing equipment and understanding of electrical circuits. Even Simpler: The job is about finding problems in parts of machines that have lots of wires and tiny parts put together on a board. The person will use special tools to figure out what's wrong and fix it so that everything works well again.
**Skill Requirements**
Must-Have:
+ troubleshooting skills for electrical circuit boards at the component level
+ Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design and electrical calculations
+ Ability to perform schematic review for diagnosing circuit failures
+ Familiarity with industry standards for aerospace electrical designs
+ Experience with continuous improvement processes such as Six Sigma or Lean
Preferred:
+ Certification/Degree in Electronics or related discipline
+ Proficiency in English language with technical data interpretation skills
**Pay Details:** $34.30 per hour
