**Overview**

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Java Developer to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) on upgrading and transitioning our application infrastructure to the Azure Cloud, implementing critical system upgrades including FileNet and integrating new document management technologies such as IBM DataCap. **Responsibilities**

+ Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services integral to our FileNet and IPS Suite environments.

**Qualifications**

Required Skills and Experience

GO2 Unify is the Java based POA platform for Global Onboarding and Orchestration. GO2 is the platform that takes care of all activities required to be done for onboarding a customer across markets, segments and products. When a customer selects an Amex product from a channel (example americanexpress.com ), enters the demographic and other information and clicks submit, the application is passed over to GO2. **Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
3+ years of experience in:
Software design and development.
Microsoft Windows platform using C# and .Net Framework.

Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Factory Automation with development and support of mission critical systems.
