    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

    **Responsibilities**

    + Develop harmonized data models/ data dictionaries that guide the collection, processing, linkage, integration and analyses of healthcare RWD from disparate sources (EHRs, claims, cancer & death registries, PROs, etc.).

    + Evaluate new and existing data sources for fitness & feasibility to unlock new opportunities.

    + Ensure data quality, privacy and security through pre-defined data quality review documentation, and pre-established data governance policies/procedures.

    + Explore development of new approaches to RWD capture through GRAIL-sponsored studies, registries, clinical surveillance and/or other RWE activities.

    **Required** **Qualifications:**

    + 8+ years experience in Security Program or Program Management or related field.

    + 8+ years of experience in security construction management andsupporting implementation throughout construction project lifecycles.

    + Experience with standard Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) tools to include Bluebeam and AutoDesk applications such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 and more.

    **Other Requirements:**

    + Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

    + Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    + Bachelor's degree in security, engineering or related discipline, OR equivalent experience.

    + PSP, CPP, PMP, or CSPM certifications are highly desirable.

    + Extensive knowledge of foundational security principles, including but not limited to alarm, access control, and video surveillance systems and their application along with proven ability to manage the design and implementation of these systems.

    + Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Teams.

    + Proven history of successfully working across teams and managing stakeholders to create effective relationships.

    + Confident and skilled in preparing and delivering presentations and briefings to customers, senior leaders, and executives.

    + Analytical and process improvement skills to produce data driven insights and associated process changes.

    + Thought leadership and subject matter expertise to deliver programs and services while increasing standardization, simplification, and automation.

    + Ability to change plans, goals, actions, and priorities in response to an evolving business environment with awareness to operate as a champion for course corrections when necessary.

    Security IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 - $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 - $292,200 per year.
