Our Diesel Mechanic 3 is responsible for performing advanced maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of diesel-powered equipment, such as ground support vehicles and machinery. This role involves diagnosing complex mechanical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications. You will lead and mentor junior mechanics, coordinate with other departments for equipment availability, and maintain accurate maintenance records. Operate CNC or manual mills or lathes to machine metal components to meet blueprint requirements. Uses blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product. **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour

We have an immediate need for a Lead Engineering Technician on our Test Services Energies Team- Shift 3 to support our compressed air, vacuum system, and fuel delivery system for turbine engine testing. The systems include large machinery such as centrifugal compressors, refrigerant air dryers, desiccant air dryers, cooling towers, pneumatic and water valves, natural gas heaters, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), electric motors, pumps, and various instrumentation.

Work hours are from 9:30 PM until 5:30 AM (shift 3).

Key Responsibilities

+ Observe all OSHA and Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As the CNC Lathe Machinist, responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
- Requires the ability to follow written instructions and read blueprint specifications or equivalent.
- Set up, operate, and adjusts semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform standard and repetitive sequence of operations.
- Requires knowledge of operations including drilling, boring and milling, turning, etc., employing recognized tooling and procedures and where tolerances are close, but not difficult to maintain.
- Operators may run more than one unit simultaneously.
- Must be able to check parts for conformance to specifications.
- Maintain, implement, and improve 5-S Principles.
- Perform regular department housekeeping duties as necessary.
- Sustain production standards and quality.
- Recognizes, deploys, and properly uses inserts, fixtures, and tooling
- Performs daily and regular cleaning and light machine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required.

**What You Will Be Doing:**

We are in search of a skilled Aircraft Crew Chief Mechanic to join our team\. Job requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

\- Performs Maintenance, Repair, Launch, and Recovery activities on Partner and Foreign Military Sales F\-35 aircraft\.

\- Ensures aircraft are in good mechanical condition and safe for flight\.

\- Performs maintenance, inspections, and servicing requirements on all aircraft systems in accordance with Joint Technical Data \(JTD\) and all applicable program and service guidance\.

\- Performs and/or assists with Field\-Level Modifications and Time Compliance Technical Data \(TCTD\) maintenance actions\.

\- Assigns tasks to other maintenance team members\. Performs On\-The\-Job training for team members and Partner aircraft maintenance personnel\.

\- Maintains and updates aircraft records and status within the Computerized Maintenance Management System \(CMMS\) of the Autonomic Logistics Information System \(ALIS\)\.

\- Keeps the Production staff updated on aircraft status\.

\- Performs other duties as assigned by the Aircraft Supervisor and Associate Aircraft Maintenance Manager\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
