Devoted Guardians is a home care agency focused on maintaining the dignity and independence of seniors and the disabled community. Our mission statement at Devoted Guardians: "We are committed to providing comprehensive care for the lives of seniors and disabled individuals, easing the stress on you and your family". Devoted Guardians provides training for those who are wanting to change careers and are new to the Home Healthcare Industry. Our caregivers undergo an intensive screening process, including a criminal background check, fingerprinting, drug testing, reference check, extensive caregiver training, First Aid and CPR certification.

Hiring Process

Devoted Guardians has a family culture amongst staff, clients, and back office. Every employee at Devoted Guardians believes in the forward progress and advancement of Home Care. We have multiple programs to recognize hard work and those that go above and beyond! The Star Rewards system is something every caregiver is enrolled in and gives monetary rewards to those providing compassionate and skilled care.

As a locally owned agency we appreciate the community and are actively involved with numerous organizations. We focus on partnering with local schools, first responders, and non-profits like the Alzheimer's Association.

The ideal candidate must be compassionate, confident, considerate, and courteous. Willing to drive a minimum of 15 to 20 miles, dependable and have a clean background.

Our hiring process begins with a screening by one of our elite recruiters. Once you go through screening, they will schedule you for our next orientation class at a location closest to you. We have training locations in the West Valley, East Valley and Tucson, AZ. Once you successfully complete training, you will be assigned a client that fits your schedule & skill level.
