**Who We Are**

If you're interested in computer graphics and working with leading graphics hardware engineers on Intel's latest GPU/CPU architecture, then our GPU HW IP (GHI) group has opportunities for you. GHI delivers graphics, media and display IPs for integrated, discrete, and compute product segments.

**Who You Are**

In this position, you will be playing a key role in the pre-silicon design and validation of Intel's leading-edge graphics CPU and discrete products.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

+ Development of test plans, testbench, BFMs (bus functional models), checkers, trackers for assigned areas of the chip.

+ Test plan execution involving test writing, debugging, and driving bug closure.

+ Development of functional/code coverage and achieving coverage goals

+ Working closely with validation engineers, design engineers, micro-architects, and other team members to ensure high quality of test plans, functional coverage, and tests.

+ Strong discipline and attention to detail in ensuring effective high-quality validation that minimizes bug escapes to higher levels of validation.

+ Contributing to process improvements where applicable and gaining domain expertise to be able to independently validate effectively.

+ Interfacing with emulation, and software teams to ensure synergy with RTL validation.

+ Ability to deliver high-quality output against deadlines and able to work effectively in a cross-site team environment.

+ You should have excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills, as well as good written and verbal communication skills.

**Qualifications**

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar STEM degree and 3+ years’ experience, or

Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar STEM degree and 2+ years of experience.

Experience should be in the following areas:

+ Verilog/System Verilog

+ UVM

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Logic verification with a good understanding of logic design concepts

+ Tcl, Perl, Python, and RTL basics to navigate issues during debug.

+ Working knowledge of UNIX, and Windows

+ Familiarity with the ASIC design flow

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $106,231.00-$159,109.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

**Working Model**

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
