**JOB SUMMARY**

Regrind scrap parts for recycle. Candidates must demostrate proven grinder experience.

Job details:

Starting Pay: $21.00/Hour

Job Type: Full-time

12 Hour DAY Shift (2,2,3,2 Schedule) 6:50AM-7:00PM

plus $2.00/Hr. Night Shift Differential

Hiring Bonus: $1,000.00

Referral Bonus: $1,000.00

Bi-Annual Bonus Compensation

**Responsibilities**

+ Make and line Gaylord’s.

+ Properly label Gaylord’s according to material type and record their weight.

+ Operate hydraulic dump and keep conveyors running smoothly.

+ Keep entire grinder area swept and cleaned.

+ Implement company rules including Good Manufacturing Practices, (HACCP) and safety.

+ Responsible for the ongoing development of a team environment.

+ Must Know the Quality Policy and apply it to working practices.

+ Purpose and procedures for ISO and AIB

**Qualifications**

+ Education and/or Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three (3) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires Forklift Operator Certificate (Berry Plastics internal training).

+ Language Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

+ Mathematical Skills:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

+ Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables.

+ Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative to those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
