**In this position:** ERP PDO Planner, working closely with both IT and Finance counterparts in the Product Driven Organization. You will be joining the Office of The CIO (OCIO) responsible for maintaining budget framework within approved levels as it related to investment, consumption, and headcount; leading planning activities, including business planning, budget setting, cycle planning, and metrics.

+ Manage budget to approved target levels, monitor forecast, variance analysis

+ Create monthly x+y forecast

+ Create deck and facilitate monthly x+y reviews

+ Tracking program lifetime spend, support BoD reviews, Cap/Exp impact

+ Coordinate Purchase Orders thru approval process (Requestor, Sourcing, Legal, Buyer, IT Finance, IT)

+ Create AET (Annual Estimation Tool) input for approvals

+ Facilitate AR (Appropriation Request) approvals & Controller Revisions

+ Create & Manage ITSAs

+ Invoice Receipting

+ Excellent presentation skills (written and oral) ; ability to clearly present ideas and concepts

+ Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage senior business and IT leadership

+ Proficient in MS Office & Powerpoint

+ Strong Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas

+ Demonstrated ability to mange and deliver multiple simultaneous assignments

+ Understanding of project financials (develop budgets, forecasting, tracking, and performance)

+ Experience in SAP S4/Hana, Apptio, Qliksense Dashboards, Nicus
