Provides support in invoice processing, Land budget controls, annual planning, quarterly forecasting, historical cost and budget analysis, and expense performance comparisons.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Assists in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual plan

+ Consolidates budget submissions from various departments and perform budget analysis

+ Ensure timely and accurate payment of our vendors and trades

+ Perform month-end responsibilities, not limited to journal entries and reconciliations.

+ Reviews overhead performance and develops benchmarks to monitor performance

+ Prepares reports and analysis to management including, but not limited to variance reports and operational metrics

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

(degree, licenses, certifications, etc.)

+ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent in related field)

+ Certified Public Accounting License (active or inactive) preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

(work related, tools/equipment, software, etc.)

+ Related Functional Experience: Minimum 3 years public and/or corporate accounting experience

+ Good analytical skills

+ Good knowledge or GAAP and financial reports

+ Good verbal and written communication skills
