Lead Battle Simulation Training Specialist

Stillwater Government Services is adding a Lead Battle Simulation Specialist to our growing team in Sierra Vista, AZ (Ft. Huachuca)!

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing end-to-end Information Technology (IT) and Battle Simulation support to all activities and units within the Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE). From cybersecurity management to network maintenance and video teleconferencing operations, your expertise will directly contribute to the success of multi-Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) individual intelligence training and Military Intelligence (MI) Force Development efforts.

Position Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT and Battle Simulation support to all activities and units within the Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE). This includes managing Army Battle Simulations environments within the Training Operations Management Activity (TOMA) domain, ensuring the functionality and effectiveness of modern and legacy Army and Joint battle simulations systems, and delivering constructive battle simulations into the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A). You will also be involved in cybersecurity management, scenario development, and operating battle simulations systems on classified networks at the Secret and Top Secret/SCI levels.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of relevant experience with modern and legacy Army and Joint battle simulations systems, including Warfighter-s Simulation (WARSIM), the WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM), the Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS), the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT), the Multiple UAV Simulation Environment (MUSE), META-VR software, and Common Ground Station and JSTARS simulations, and their application in the training of Intelligence operations.

- Experience with High Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulations Protocol Data Unit (DIS PDU) protocols and functionality

- Military (ground forces) scenario development, friendly (US and Coalition) and enemy Order of Battle, and ingestion/digitization of scenarios into battle simulations systems. Experience delivering constructive battle simulations into the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A)

- Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC), and its federation of Live/Virtual/Constructive (LVC) simulations systems, and the Joint Training Environment (JTE).

- Experience operating battle simulations systems on classified networks at the Secret and Top Secret/SCI levels

- Familiarity with the Army-s Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE) scenario, and its derivatives. Experience operating battle simulations systems on classified networks at the Secret and Top Secret/SCI levels.

- An active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility

**Education and Experience:**

- A Bachelor-s degree in a STEM/Science related field or an Associate-s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience managing Army Battle Simulations environments

- IAT Level II Certification (Required)
