Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Multi-Fam Procurement Manager** to join our dynamic team in Mesa, AZ.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.

+ Manages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes and supplier diversity.

+ Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

+ Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

+ Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools.

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees.

**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.**

**This position is for 1st shift.**

**Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:**

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. **“US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.**

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher.

+ More than 5 years of experience do you have with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes

+ More than 5 years of experience do you have in supplier management or supply chain management

+ More than 5 years of experience do you have with Supply Chain Systems and Tools

+ More than 5 years of experience do you have interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions

+ More than 5 years of experience do you have with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

+ Experience supporting deliverables for both internal and external customers

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**

+ More than five years of experience do you have working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders?

**Relocation:**

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

**Travel:**

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $110,500 – $149,500
