**Pay Rate:** Up to $54 per hour

**Shift:** 1st Shift, Onsite 5 days/week during training. Possible Hybrid after.

**Job Description:** Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to join our Due Diligence Center of Excellence team. In this critical role, you will lead the execution of supply chain transitions due diligence activities, ensuring compliance with Honeywell’s global legal, contractual, and compliance obligations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support the implementation of measures to reduce cycle time. This role involves frequent interactions with leaders and stakeholders from Aero ISC functions to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Execute ISC-led supply chain transitions due diligence activities to ensure compliance with global legal, contractual, and compliance obligations.

+ Coordinate with ISC transitions program managers and cross-functional compliance subject matter experts.

+ Support continuous improvement opportunities, including due diligence training and process enhancements.

+ Drive and execute new initiatives to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Influence functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

+ Support the establishment and maintenance of the Management Operating System (MOS).

+ Drive metrics improvement and support Integrated Supply Chain sites.

+ Ensure on-time delivery of projects and manage data reporting.

+ Provide support to manage escalations as needed.

**U.S. Person Requirements:** Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

+ 1+ years of experience in supply chain or engineering, with a preference for experience related to supply chain transitions.

**Preferred Skills & Experience:**

+ Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college.

+ Strong written and oral communication skills.

+ Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Curious mindset with strong critical thinking abilities.

+ Leadership skills and ability to drive process improvements.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Prior experience with SAP and Team Center preferred.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

+ Ability to prioritize work and coordinate tasks simultaneously.

+ Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with business partners.

+ Gain visibility into Honeywell Aero ISC compliance processes.

+ Develop deeper knowledge of compliance processes.

+ Strengthen system skills, including SAP, Team Center, and DATT.

+ Build the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.

+ Interact with data on multiple levels, including trend analysis.

**Pay Details:** $54.00 per hour
