Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves cash posting, collections, deductions, and claims processing in a hybrid work environment, which includes both in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with cash posting activities to ensure accurate and timely processing

• Managing collections, actively pursuing recovery of owed amounts

• Processing deductions and handling claims as per established protocols

• Utilizing Account Reconciliation and Microsoft Excel for maintaining accurate records

• Engaging in billing activities as part of the Accounts Receivable function

• Applying Cash Collections skills for efficient recovery of funds

• Conducting Commercial Collections as per industry best practices

• Utilizing Accounts Receivable (AR) skills to maintain accurate customer accounts

• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth functioning of the AR department

• Leveraging skills and experience in the field to contribute positively to team outcomes. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar accounting roles

• Proficiency in account reconciliation is required

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Knowledge of billing processes is necessary

• Experience in cash applications is a must

• Familiarity with cash collections and commercial collections is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary

• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability
