**Requirements** :

+ Required: Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing

+ New grads to seasoned RNs who are looking for a new challenge and growth potential are encouraged to apply

+ 1-3 years of Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred

+ Valid, unencumbered, Registered Nurse license obtained through the Arizona Board of Nursing (current and in good standing without restrictions), or license-eligible within 90-days

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide integrated behavioral nursing care for the patients in your unit

+ Consult with medical and psychiatric practitioners and other assigned staff in designing appropriate patient care plans

+ Communicate and carry out directions from the medical and psychiatric practitioner and communicate any barriers to providing care

+ Observe, document, and communicate patient responses to nursing interventions and change in condition
