**LPN: $28.00-30.00/hr**

**RN: $31.00-35.00/hr**

**Work schedule:** 5 8's

**Requirements:**

+ Must have an unencumbered license in Arizona.

**Duties:**

+ Ensure accuracy of intake forms

+ Vitals

+ Greeting patients

+ Explain after care instructions.

+ Creating a warm and comforting environment for patients

**Pay Details:** $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
