Job Title: Manager, My Future AZ
Location: Arizona, Remote
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Bonus Structure: At the discretion of the CEO based on achievement of departmental goals, successful project execution, and individual performance evaluations.

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity; additional years of experience may substitute for educational requirements.
Education/Training: Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Job Description:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Manager of My Future AZ will oversee the operations of My Future AZ, an Arizona-based technology tool for career exploration and planning for grades K-12. This role requires a collaborative and customer-centric individual with a strong interest in educational technology and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement strategic plans for My Future AZ.
Demonstrate a superior knowledge of the My Future AZ platform and its integration within the Pipeline AZ ecosystem.
Report to stakeholders and clients(district admin, counselors, community partners), ensuring alignment with the Arizona Department of Education's objectives and data requirements.
Coordinate with organizations utilizing the platform for career awareness programming, such as the Center for the Future of Arizona, Arizona Business & Education Coalition, SciTech, and Junior Achievement of Arizona.
Manage technology development expectations and roadmaps for My Future AZ in collaboration with the Senior Director.
Represent My Future AZ at conferences and key events, occasionally requiring in-state travel.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to update and create effective user guides, training tutorials, and marketing materials for My Future AZ.
Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy for educators and counselors using the platform.
Enhance My Future AZ’s visibility and reputation by building regional and state partnerships that amplify the platform’s value proposition.
Support users of the platform via the My Future AZ Supports and Insights counselor group on Facebook.
Develop MFAZ Career Ambassador program for highschool students.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with software technologies.
Previous experience working with school counselors is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Spanish speaker preferred

Location
This is a remote work position, with the expectation of the ability to travel throughout the state as needed for stakeholder engagement and periodic staff engagement. Candidate must reside, or plan to reside, in Arizona. Employment does not cover moving costs.
