Keep restrooms clean and sanitized and stocked with supplies; clean kitchen areas and eating areas including appliances; sweep, mop and buff floors in offices, hallways, sidewalks, entrances, porches and other facilities.
Perform scheduled floor maintenance including scrubbing, buffing, stripping and refinishing, wash windows, screens, walls and light fixtures and glass.
Respond and clean spills, broken items, etc.; inspect grounds surrounding building and pick up trash.
Participate in the setup for events, meetings, and office relocations.
Ensure all work is done according to standard practices, design specifications, and Town and local building codes; ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
