Responsibilities Job Summary Working under the direction of the Chief of Caregiver Wellness, the Specialist – Employee Well-Being is responsible for the coordination of health and well-being programs for HonorHealth, supporting the Well-Being Center of Excellence and related initiatives across the organization. This role administers program activities aimed at improving employee health, safety, and well-being. Initiatives may include but are not limited to assistance with caregiver and peer support, physical fitness, weight reduction, stress management, and smoking cessation. The specialist monitors trends, identifies opportunities, and makes program recommendations to meet the evolving needs of the workforce Coordinates, research, monitors, and evaluates worksite wellness initiatives, including the Wellness Squad, designed to promote a culture of wellness that improves the health, safety, and well-being of employees based on strategic goals. Utilizes market research, self-identified research, and input from executive leadership to help direct innovative wellness services for employee groups and community partners, which meet budgetary guidelines and align with system-wide efforts Partners with wellness staff and organizational leaders to implement, manage, and maintain evidence-based wellness programs and strategies that promote measurable outcomes Initiates or recommends necessary program changes to ensure organizational wellness goals are achieved. Collaborates with benefits staff to develop and implement strategies that improve employee health outcomes and engagement Manages databases, including direction/delegation of data entry, monitoring of database integrity, and creation of wellness-related reports. Oversees the collection and application of employee well-being data for continuous improvement. Supports communication efforts by serving as a liaison to service lines and departments. Assists in the development and delivery of well-being marketing content and campaign reporting. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Associate's Degree or 2 years' work related experience in Health Promotion, Health Education or Related field Required
