* **Full-Time and Per Diem positions available**

***Base Salary for Full-Time: $235,000 - $248,600 commensurate w/ experience + Sign-on Bonus of $50,000** **& Relocation of $20,000.**

**Excellent opportunity for a dynamic CRNA** to join our highly trained surgical team providing Orthopedic, General Surgery, endoscopy and OB.

+ 3 CRNA-only practice model

+ Responsible for performing general, regional, and monitored anesthesia services including Ultrasound guided blocks, and OB

+ Experience preferred but new grads will be considered
