Ensure that products are produced to the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction and are delivered to customers on promised dates, according Quality and regulatory standards and Standard Operating Procedures.
· Follow all company policies and procedures.
· Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
· Program products to meet production and delivery deadlines.
· Ensure high quality production by visually making the decision as to whether or not to require detailed product inspections.
· Supervise employees, assign work, and verfity that employees are at their workstations on time.
· Ensure that facilities, equipment and machinery are in clean and safe operating condition.
· Enforce compliance and application of cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures in the department, and throughout the production area.
· Complete and deliver productivity reports as required to managers and directors of operations. Keep accurate and complete records, using computer systems and MS Office.
· Manage and regulate training as required, including machine use, product knowledge, regulatory issues, Standard Operation Procedures, etc.
· Create and maintain a safe and productive working environment that promotes employee motivation, health and safety, and effective teamwork.
Qualifications:
· Supervisory role of multiple positions.
· Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
· Two years of work experience.
· No certifications or licenses required.
· Must have moderate math skills.
· Moderate reading skills required, such as for machinery manuals and company materials.
· Moderate computer skills needed, such as MS Office.
· Able to communicate in English. Fluency in multiple languages may be required.
· Must have moderate written skills.
· Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
· Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
· Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.

Job requires use of equipment and manufacturing machinery.
Environments vary, including maintenance shop, warehouse, production floor, roof, outside areas, and office areas at multiple facilities and include:
· Exposure to food ingredients, including food allergens, in free-floating powder form.
· Moving mechanical parts, vibrations, and risk of electrical shock.
· Noise level usually moderate and often constant.
Protective equipment such as gloves, hearing protection, masks, back belts, or cGMP attire suits may be required or recommended in certain situations.
