Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Quality Analyst to support the RQ-4 Enterprise under the Autonomous Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Targeting (AISR&T) Business Unit. This role is in Rancho Bernardo (San Diego), California.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree
+ 2+ year experience working in an AS9100 organization
+ 2+ Year Root Cause and Corrective Action experience
+ 2+ Year Data Analytics experience
+ 1+ Year Tableau developer/user experience
+ 1+ Year Business Objects developer/user experience
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain an U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
+ Must have the ability to travel ~10% of time
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Current holds active U.S. Government DoD Secret security
+ Experience in Autonomous (Unmanned) or Aerospace programs
+ Five years’ Quality experience
+ Experience with Python for Data Analysis, Automation of reporting
+ Experience with document review process
+ Experience with TeamCenter and Crucible
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to collaborate in a team environment
+ Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and process owners
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneous
Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
