Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a **Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst/ Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst** . This position will be located in **Roy, UT** and will support the **Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent** program.

**What You’ll Get To Do:**

Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

Critical success factors for candidates will include a dynamic leadership presence with a demonstrated success in mentoring and developing junior Analysts. The candidate selected will foster an environment of continuous learning and process improvement, maintain execution velocity in a highly dynamic environment, and engage with all levels of stakeholders. The candidate selected for this role must have strong organizational, problem-solving and closure skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated interpersonal skills with different stakeholders and levels of professionals and management. This role will work with segment level program analysts to standardize IPMDAR Supplier integration and validation across Sentinel, update dashboards and complete regular audits of processes, support DECM metric justifications and related coaching to segment level, support internal and external audits. Additional tasking related to excellent management of FFP/T&M suppliers may be required.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

**You’ll Bring These Qualifications:**

+ **Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst level:** Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 0 years of experience or 6+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

+ **Basic Qualifications for a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst level:** Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 3 years of related professional experience. 9+years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

**Additional Basic qualifications for both levels:**

+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret). US citizenship is a prerequisite.

+ Experience using Microsoft office suite, such as Excel, Word, Power Point, including Power BI.

+ Experience with SAP and or SAP Business Warehouse.

+ Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines for projects/ assignments.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years). US citizenship is a prerequisite.

+ Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling

+ 3+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.

+ Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.

+ Awareness of subcontracts and IWO agreements.

+ Experience with Deltek Cobra, MS Project, and OneIWO.

+ Strong analytical ability.

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $118,100.00Salary Range 2: $0.00 - $0.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
