**_What you get to do:_**
_Maintains schedules for material requirements and availability for the manufacture of industrial and commercial products to support production control. Compiles records concerning quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock or inventory, and/or in production. Expedites the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments following production and shipping schedules. Assists in determining possible and actual shortages and may initiate action to correct these deficiencies. Uses knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert the proper authorities regarding potential problems and appropriate remedial action. Estimates and logs production rate and time expenditures, and may be required to establish the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates._
+ _Supports program meetings daily with program management, manufacturing management, quality, and procurement._
+ _Daily updates and reports on shortages, part replacements, backorders & other material challenges that could impact weekly customer deliveries._
+ _Prompt Fulfilment of replacement material_
+ _Prioritize/Expedite “make” items in commodity areas to support program weekly customer deliveries._
+ _Leads effort with expeditor to ensure program-aged WIP is 60 days or less._
+ _Floor Counts/ Z-Cell and reconciliation_
+ _Work with stockroom partners and prioritize kits needed on the floor to support weekly deliveries._
+ _Create rework work orders._
+ _Facilitate material transfers between projects when needed._
+ _Strong prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills_
+ _Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)_
+ _Attention to Detail_
+ _Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the organization._
+ _Comfortable wearing cleanroom attire and working in the cleanroom for the entire workday._
+ _Willingness to learn new tasks._
+ _Strong Problem-Solving Skills_
+ _Ability to work on multiple projects and adjust priorities within a dynamic work environment_
+ _Ability to lift and move hardware when needed, some of which may weigh up to 30 lbs_
+ _Capable of working weekends or extended hours if notified in advance._
**_Basic Qualifications_**
+ _High School Diploma or equivalent_
+ _Experience in a manufacturing environment_
+ _Experience in a production control, inventory control, or stockroom role_
+ _Experience working in an ERP system_
+ _US citizenship_
**_Preferred Qualifications_**
+ _Knowledge of MPLM_
+ _SAP - ERP Experience_
+ _APICS – CPIM certified_
+ _DoD experience_

Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $50,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
