Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting billing operations. Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks Desktop and ensure all entries are up-to-date.

• Prepare and manage customer invoices, including submission and tracking.

• Assist with billing operations, including payment applications and schedules of values.

• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely resolution.

• Process outgoing payments and vendor invoices efficiently.

• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets on a regular basis.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by organizing and preparing necessary documentation.

• Provide assistance during audits by delivering required financial reports and records.

• Maintain a secure and organized filing system for all accounting documents.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company billing procedures. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.

• Hands-on experience with billing systems such as GC Pay, ProCore, and Textura.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks Desktop, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with construction accounting practices is preferred.

• Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality.
