**Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems** sector is currently hiring a **Program Manager 1** to join our **E-130J Program Training and Ground Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT)** of qualified, diverse individuals in our Strategic Command, Control and Communications Systems (Strategic C3 System) Business Unit.

**This position will be located in Oklahoma City, OK.** This Program Manager (PM) 1 position has the responsibility of supporting the Training and Ground Systems IPT Lead with elements of cost, schedule, and performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

+ Lead cross-functional IPT to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance for assigned scope

+ Risk and opportunity management

+ Lead Supplier Management Team (SMT) managing suppliers to meet program objectives

+ Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals

+ Delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders

+ Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals

+ Develops metrics for monitoring the health of project progress and for intervention and problem solving with IPT and Functional Homerooms Leads

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree and 6 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 5 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master’s degree and 4 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 3 years) of related experience as defined below

+ Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions

+ Active DoD Secret security clearance (to apply / start)

+ Ability to obtain Top-Secret security clearance within a reasonable period

+ CAM Experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with cross-functional lead-level engagement (Engineering, GSC, Product Support, Global Manufacturing, Mission Assurance, etc.)

+ Experience with Earned Value Management

+ Demonstrated experience meeting customer needs, building strong relationships with strategic partners and guiding program teams and support functions to take action to satisfy customer expectations

Salary Range: $106,200.00 - $159,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
