**Qualifications:**

PA-C or ACNP w/RNFA Certificate required at time of application

+ (Documentation of successful completion of surgical first assistant training as a part of curriculum in their nationally accredited nurse practitioner program OR attendance at a surgical first-assist training course sponsored by ACE, AORN, ANCC, or equivalent as approved by the facility Credentials Committee/Medical Executive Committee)

Licensed in Arizona or eligible for licensure

DEAwith prescriptive authority

1 - 2 years surgical experience preferred

**Practice Details:**

Full-time | Monday Friday

Inpatient/Outpatient High volume practice

Call: 10 days of call per month, including one weekend.
